Reginald Baron, owner/instructor of Baron Reginald & Associates Safety Speaking, LLC. is a career transportation official with over 25 years of experience in the airline, automotive and mass transportation industries.
Safety has been a focal point in his career through the education of proper procedures and mindset thus resulting in safety-related behaviors and habits while functioning in operations. Reginald serves as a director of a mobile operation for 25 + years at MTA New York City Transit with an excellent safety record. Weekly safety tips are provided to his operators and non-operating agents as well. This initiative reinforces the safety culture and accountability.
